I stumbled across the blog of Mission2Modern {http://www.mission2modern.com/} via Craigslist today and have to say that I'm really digging it! Basically these people find furniture and refurbish it and sell it at a reasonable price. I'm not sure if they are here in KC, but I think that they are in the area. Here are some of my personal fav's from their blogsite.

This table is my absolute personal fav from their site, but it is also apparently their favorite, as it is the only item that is listed as not for sale. Too bad though - it would be perfect for my office!They have several older fans listed on their site. Many have already sold, but there are still some for sale - and at a great price - just $35!

2 things

Lately I've been dreaming of 2 things:

• Taking a relaxing vacation to Maine
• Building a small weekend home

Unfortuantly, neither one of these is really a reality....I can still dream though. As I was looking at vacation rental cottages (I love to do this) I came across the Bracken Cottage, located in West Brooksville, ME. This particualar cottage captured my heart because:

• It is an adorable vacation cottage in Maine
• It has a small adorable guest house.

Here are the pictures to prove that I'm not crazy and that you should dream of your own Maine vacation in a cottage :)

Here is my new dream bathroom - this is the guest house bathroom. Absolutely adorable.
